Twisted Method are a four-piece nu metal band from Cape Coral, Florida. In 2003, they released Escape From Cape Coma, but the band split in 2005, and guitarist Andy Howard died in September 2005. Two members of the band formed Makeshift Romeo in 2005 with members of Motograter and Dope
